KSS Announces New Partner, Alicia Heinsen, AIA

KSS Architects, a national architecture, interior design, and planning partnership, is proud to announce that Alicia Heinsen, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been elevated to Partner.

Alicia is a practice builder whose leadership strengthens relationships and expands opportunities across markets. With boundless determination, she has helped grow KSS’s Industrial, Workplace, and Housing market sectors while championing mentorship and design excellence. Alicia’s thoughtful approach to project delivery and people development embodies KSS core values of shared humanity and inspired vision.

As a licensed architect in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Alicia plays a critical role in delivering complex, high-profile projects across the region, while also shaping the future of the profession through mentorship, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Over the past 17 years, Alicia has advanced within KSS, earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike. She leads large multidisciplinary teams and has driven major improvements to project delivery systems, QA/QC protocols, resource planning, and firm-wide financial performance. Her ability to balance the technical and human sides of the business sets her apart.
