The Borden Complex Receives TCO!
The Borden Complex, 23-20 Borden Avenue, has officially received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO)! Congratulations to Innovo Property Group, March Construction, and the full project team for reaching this milestone.
This is a significant milestone for The Borden Complex to begin its integration into the city’s economic and public realm as it has already integrated into its physical skyline for months.

The five-story integrated development defines a new urban paradigm and brings together a diversity of supportive uses including distribution, light manufacturing, film/television studios, and office to support the ongoing transformation of Long Island City into a dynamic region for creativity and production.
