Yanie Willie Promoted to Proposal Specialist
KSS Architects is pleased to announce the promotion of Yanie Willie to Proposal Specialist.
Yanie has become an integral member of the firm's marketing team through her thoughtful approach to project pursuits, strong organizational skills, and collaborative spirit. She has built meaningful relationships with colleagues and consultant partners while consistently supporting the successful delivery of proposals, qualifications, and presentations across a wide range of project types and scales.
I am excited to take on this new role and look forward to the challenges that come with it. I have learned many valuable lessons working with the KSS team and truly appreciate the encouragement I have received along the way.

Since joining KSS, Yanie has fully embraced the world of AEC marketing, continually expanding her knowledge of proposal development and strategic pursuits. Her commitment to professional growth extends beyond the firm through her active involvement with the SMPS Philadelphia Membership Committee, where she is strengthening connections within the AEC community while increasing KSS's visibility throughout the Philadelphia region.
