The Opportunity
March Realty engaged KSS to develop an existing 15-acre parcel of land transforming it into an active adult community. Alpine Village is uniquely designed to support residents’ connection with nature.
Our Approach
Tucked within wooded hills, the five residential buildings are juxtaposed to create a cozy neighborhood atmosphere. Each building, branded as Hill House, Pond House, Tree House, Garden House, and Peak House, will have its own character and offer a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and COAH-compliant units throughout. Inside and out, residents will enjoy flexible spaces that provide intimacy and access to nature. To support active lifestyles and encourage connection between residents, KSS incorporated landscape features like Adirondack chairs, fire pits, walking paths, a pool, pickleball courts, and other diverse recreational opportunities.
