As a long-term investment in their people, their culture, and their mission, the new headquarters will serve as a tangible expression of Russo’s values.

Our Approach

At the heart of the design is a vision of community, collaboration, and wellness—a space that speaks to the human element that Russo champions in every project. The building is designed around a Central Commons, envisioned as “the heart” of the office, where connections are made, ideas flourish, and company culture thrives.

This Commons sits along a central circulation spine, strategically anchored by open communicating stairs. This axis links the café, Central Commons, workspaces, and an exterior plaza—fostering a natural flow of movement, interaction, and inspiration. Open collaboration zones coexist with quiet retreats, enhancing individual and team productivity. Natural daylight, biophilic elements, and intentional attention to user experience and environmental quality promote health, creativity, and a sense of belonging.
